Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) , the first bank of Nepal proudly holds the glory of marking the formal beginning of banking system in Nepal. Nepal Bank Limited was established as FIRST bank of Nepal on Kartik 30, 1994 (November 15, 1937 A.D.) under Nepal Bank Act 1937.
