My family members and myself have been using the services since past few years. We were quite satisfied with the services, until recently. I had tried to make a fund transfer to my other bank account through connect IPS but was not successful. While contacting the concerned in the bank, they said that these transactions can be held only betweeen 10 am to 5 pam. While connect IPS promotes saying services can be availed 24/7. Besides I have been in the past on several occasion using the connect IPS transfer services beyond mentioned time.
